Ariel Gail

Professor Gail S. Goodman, Director of the Psychology Department and Director of the Center for Public Policy Research is a professor at University of California Davis. She was widely credited for initiating the modern study of eyewitnesses' memory, and the role of children in witnessing. Professor Goodman, who has many papers and grants to her name, is also the recipient of numerous international and national awards. She has offered advice on policy and research to many agencies and departments from all over the world. She is also a consulting for the Special Assault Forensic Evaluation Center. (formerly Multidisciplinary Interview Center) (formerly Multidisciplinary Interview Center) Sacramento County Child Protective Services. She is also a Fellow in the Association for Psychological Science and American Psychological Association, (Divisions Experimental Psychology Developmental Psychology Society for Children and Families Policy and Practice American Psychology Law Society Psychology of Women and Traumatic Stress 55). Professor Goodman is a member of the Psychonomics Society Society for Research in Child Development American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children as a founding member, International Society for the prevention of child abuse and Neglect as well as the International Society for Traumatic Stress Studies. She was the president of three divisions (Division Society for Policy on Child and Family and Practice Division, American Psychological Law Society and Division Developmental Psychology) and one section (Child Maltreatment) of the American Psychological Association.
